Rhino Manufacturing Group was founded in 2004 as a family business by sisters Heather Mordhorst and Aimee Gaede. Inspired by their father, they combined their diverse backgrounds to start a new, unique combination of skills. This would eventually lead them to supplying the best construction jobsite washout pans available on the market today
First, they decided their top priority is the COMPLETE need of their customers to ensure long-term successful business partnerships. Next, the Rhino group committed to their core values: quality, innovation, price competitiveness, quick product turnaround and lean manufacturing.
At the beginning, Rhino’s earliest products focused mostly on the Lawn & Garden industry. Since then, their production base has expanded to multiple industries, now with a focus on jobsite washout. Today, Rhino’s products are still designed and tested with their customers’ needs prioritized. Combining this with the best customer service available, Rhino fills a unique void in the market.

Heather Mordhorst
President/Co-Owner
Heather co-owns Rhino Manufacturing Group with Aimee Gaede and serves as President of the company. She received her B.S. degree in Financial Management and International Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and her M.S. degree in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University. Heather has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and small business owner, and an additional 6 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
Aimee Gaede
Vice President/Co-Owner
Aimee is Vice President and Co-Owner of Rhino Manufacturing Group. She completed her studies in Industrial Technology and Packaging at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Aimee has co-owned Rhino with Heather Mordhorst from its inception over 15 years ago, and has an extensive background in Manufacturing and Logistics.
